Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed unless other arrangements have been made.  

Dental Insurance

Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental health care, we are concerned with making it affordable for you. As a service to our patients, our practice participates in the Delta Dental Premier network and accepts most other dental insurance programs. Our financial coordinator will prepare and submit all the necessary forms for your dental benefits on your behalf. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. 

The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.

Financing Options

Since some dental procedure may require more flexible options, our office partners with Lending Club to create a payment schedule that fits your budget. 

Unlike other plans, applicants will see all amounts, monthly payments, and interest rates they qualify for, with no impact to their credit until they select a plan and move forward. Lending Club's approval rates and practice fees are highly competitive and the application process is fast and easy, so you will have the funding needed for optimal care.
