Dr. Ferry's staff is great! I called at least three times with questions. I apologized for asking so much, but she said, "That's what we're here for." The staff was very nice and personable. Dr. Ferry is awesome. Today was my first implant, phase one and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you all for a pleasant experience!
Dr. Katherine Ferry and her entire staff are so kind, friendly, supportive and professional. They got my husband in for an appointment very quickly. He didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. Dr. Ferry was excellent at explaining my husband’s condition and was extremely caring. We highly recommend this practice!
From greeting to procedure, I was in awe of their kindness, attention to detail and concern for my well being. It is not just a job to them, they care about you and help you understand exactly what they are doing. No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but I look forward to having the rest of my treatment completed.
